Recommendations: Could use shipping containers for storage if secured; towers for lighting and sound need to be seen for review; be aware that you are in a residential district; use more shade coverings; provide a green room; consider using an ancillary structure for ticket taking; don't go overboard with signage; consider art as a way to market the brand (site); keep carpeting light colored; consider the "conversation" you have started between industrial and upscale design elements for all elements of the site; consider how the site looks from the river - need to convey that it is more than just shipping containers to boaters.
